FOUR Suite shows the new living experience of the T3 in the middle of Frankfurt
Frankfurt am Main, 19th October 2020
The time has come: marketing of the first condominiums in the FOUR high-rise ensemble begins. On October 19, 2020, the official sale of 242 high-class apartments in Tower T3 with sizes ranging from 30 to 200 square meters will start. The 120 meter high T3 with its 30 upper floors offers a total of 18,500 square meters of living space. Groß & Partner has entrusted the brokerage firm ZIEGERT Knight Frank Frankfurt with the marketing of the apartments.
Curiosity about the interior design and floor plans of the T3 has been great from the very beginning of the project. “We’ve been receiving inquiries for more than two years about when the apartments will be put up for sale and when there will be concrete details,” says Jens Hausmann, Managing Director at Groß & Partner. “Already since the first pre-sale event – at that time right at the top of the old Deutsche Bank high-rise building – potential buyers have been individually supported by our marketing partner. We are very pleased that especially many Frankfurters express their interest in an apartment in the FOUR”.
The dynamic facade shape of the T3 creates an individual cut for each floor and apartment. The apartments are accessed through a spacious foyer with concierge service, located at Junghofstraße 5. Here, the façade of the former Deutsche Bank building still stands, which now forms the front of the five-storey high podium from which the high-rise building will then protrude.
All new apartments are equipped with modern technology and digital applications. The apartments are equipped with SmartHome standard, i.e. temperature, lighting, blinds and electrical devices can be controlled automatically.
Another highlight for the future residents of T3: A publicly accessible roof garden will be created on the roof of the podium, which will offer views of the Frankfurt skyline. Managing Director Jens Hausmann already has this view in mind: “I am sure that we are setting completely new standards with the urbanity of the FOUR and the combination of living, working and recreation – such a living experience does not exist in Frankfurt yet. The interesting combination of large green spaces on the podium roof, public places, a wide variety of restaurants and the mix of different types of living from subsidized apartments to rental and condominium apartments as well as the longstay apartments of the Hyatt House will certainly offer every owner and user a special attitude to life”.
The FOUR high-rise project is located in downtown Frankfurt, just two minutes’ walk from the Zeil, Freßgass and Goethestrasse shopping streets. For everyday errands, the quarter will have one of the largest supermarkets in the city center. Cultural offerings such as the Städtische Bühnen, the Alte Oper and the Goethehaus are also within walking distance. Via Hauptwache and Taunusanlage, the quarter is ideally connected to public transport, the main train station and the airport.
