Hyatt opts for FOUR Frankfurt

FOUR’s facades reflect the weather and the clouds, creating new spaces for modern urban life.

• Hyatt House Hotel with 180 serviced apartments planned

Residing high above Frankfurt’s Rossmarkt and enjoying the service standards of a premium hotel – this is what people can expect from the Hyatt Group’s international hotel brand Hyatt House in the future. The HR Group, a franchisee of Hyatt, will operate 180 serviced apartments in the 178 m high residential tower of the FOUR Frankfurt quarter. The rooms and suites for extended stays are spread across a rental area of approx. 8,800 m2 and offer guests the opportunity to live in the middle of the skyline. The HR Group has concluded a lease agreement with Groß & Partner for 25 years and will be leasing nine floors in the second tallest tower of the high-rise quarter, from the 11th to the 19th floor, with spectacular views of the city and surrounding area. The first and second floors will be open to the public and house a 350 m2 lobby with bar, a spacious breakfast and lounge area and a gym that is open around the clock.

The modern lifestyle concept is not only aimed at discerning hotel guests, but is also designed to attract long-term guests. Tenants can look forward to a range of amenities: the majority of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens, designer bathrooms and comfortable living rooms and bedrooms. Free WiFi, a guest laundry service and a 24-hour Grab‘n’Go market complete the offerings. Long-term guests staying for more than 30 days also benefit from an exclusive residents programme (VIR), which includes numerous additional services. The hotel entrance will be on the newly planned square, which will be built between Grosse Gallusstraße and Neue Schlesingergasse.

The Hyatt House brand is part of the Hyatt Group, one of the world’s leading hotel groups. “We are delighted that the Hyatt House in Frankfurt’s city centre will add to our select service portfolio in Germany”, says Guido Fredrich, Regional Vice President Development Europe & North Africa for Hyatt. “We are establishing Hyatt House worldwide in strategically important markets, of which Frankfurt is

Hyatt currently operates a Hyatt House hotel in Düsseldorf. Another Hyatt House in Eschborn is under construction.

The conclusion of the contract also marks an important milestone for Groß & Partner. It means that the Frankfurt-based project developer has reached its hotels & serviced apartments letting targets months ahead of the start of the civil engineering works. “With Hyatt House, we have gained a strong partner for FOUR Frankfurt that is a perfect fit for the “serviced apartments” segment. Hyatt House will be the perfect destination for guests looking to live in the skyline district”, says Nikolaus Bieber, managing partner at Groß & Partner, about the conclusion of the lease agreement. “The fact that we have reached our marketing targets for this part of the project early gives us additional planning security and takes us a step closer to completing the FOUR Frankfurt quarter.”

Groß & Partner’s legal advisors were the law firm Hogan Lovells, the HR group were advised by GSK Stockmann. Jones Lang Lasalle acted as brokers. Hyatt House is expected to open its doors in 2023.
