New tenant for FOUR: Sanofi moves into over 3,000 sqm in office tower T4

The letting of office space at FOUR Frankfurt is progressing at a rapid pace: a further four floors in T4 have been let. The international healthcare company Sanofi and its Consumer Healthcare division are moving into around 3,375 square metres on the third to sixth floors of the office tower in the heart of Frankfurt.
Karolina Thoben, head of office leasing at Groß & Partner, is pleased about the new lease: “The office space in the FOUR is in great demand: the pre-letting rate in T4 is now at 87 percent. With Sanofi, we were able to attract another well-known company to FOUR, which is an ideal fit for the innovative quarter concept and the modern office spaces.”

JLL advised Sanofi and brokered the lease. The T4 has already reached its full height in October 2022 and the exterior façade is largely completed. As the first of the four FOUR towers, T4 is expected to be ready for occupation by its tenants at the end of 2023.
