New tenant for FOUR: Sanofi moves into over 3,000 sqm in office tower T4

The letting of office space at FOUR Frankfurt is progressing at a rapid pace: a further four floors in T4 have been let. The international healthcare company Sanofi and its Consumer Healthcare division are moving into around 3 ,375 square metres on the third to sixth floors of the office tower in the heart of Frankfurt.

Allianz signs forward deal for Tower 1 of Frankfurt’s prestigious FOUR development

Allianz Real Estate has completed the forward deal to acquire Tower 1 of the new FOUR development in Frankfurt on behalf of a joint venture between several Allianz group companies and a Universal-Investment fund domiciled in Luxembourg, administered on behalf of German pension fund Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK-Fund).

Foundation stone laid for the FOUR high-rise quartet

The feat of erecting four high-rise buildings on one foundation stone was celebrated today by Jürgen Groß of Groß & Partner, Ben van Berkel, the Amsterdam architect from UNStudios, and Frankfurt's head of urban planning Mike Josef. In a small and refined ceremony, which could be followed online via live stream, those present celebrated another significant milestone for the high-rise quartet on the third basement level of the future FOUR building. The deconstruction work began exactly three years ago and lasted twelve months. The subsequent foundation work is expected to take until the end of May with the completion of the floor slab.

Groß & Partner receives award in management category

The FOUR management team around Managing Director Nikolaus Bieber did a great job. In developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the major project, the task was to smoothly coordinate the business areas of leasing, marketing, financing and project development. The successes are impressive - despite the challenges of the business year marked by COVID-19, the high-rise quartet was able to convince with numerous marketing successes and was honored for this with the immobilienmanager Award 2021 in the Management category.

The office lives, grows and flourishes

Regardless of all the uncertainties about how things will continue with the COVID-19 virus, one thing is clear to the public: the office as we know it is a discontinued model; it will be replaced by the home office. This prognosis for the future enjoys great attention in most discussions, but does not fit in at all with the current experiences of Groß & Partner.

Living in the skyline - FOUR starts selling the apartments

The time has come: marketing of the first condominiums in the FOUR high-rise ensemble begins. On October 19, 2020, the official sale of 242 high-class apartments in Tower T3 with sizes ranging from 30 to 200 square meters will start. The 120 meter high T3 with its 30 upper floors offers a total of 18,500 square meters of living space. Groß & Partner has entrusted the brokerage firm ZIEGERT Knight Frank Frankfurt with the marketing of the apartments.

Union Investment acquires 100 m office tower in the FOUR Frankfurt high-rise complex

Next milestone for the FOUR Frankfurt high-rise complex: Groß & Partner has already successfully sold its first high-rise. The 100-metre high office tower in Junghofstraße was acquired by the investment company Union Investment for the portfolio of the open real estate public fund UniImmo:Deutschland.

Kimpton is coming to Frankfurt! The luxury boutique hotel brand of the global hotel group IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) opens its first hotel in Germany at FOUR Frankfurt.

FOUR Frankfurt building work is underway

It’s starting! FOUR Frankfurt, the eagerly awaited high-rise complex, is entering the construction phase at the beginning of spring. At the end of March, Frankfurt am Main’s building control authority gave the go-ahead for the demolition.

Open-air cinema 2017 – cinematic highlights at FOUR

Groß & Partner opens the doors of the former Deutsche Bank site to Frankfurt’s summer cinema event: From the 6th to the 29th of July, the Freiluftkino Frankfurt festival will take place on the inner courtyard of the former Deutsche Bank site – an area that has not been open to the people of Frankfurt for 45 years.

FOUR Frankfurt: First anchor tenant signs long-term lease agreement

Groß & Partner has successfully started marketing the four planned high-rise buildings on the former Deutsche Bank site. Six months before the start of demolition, Baker McKenzie, one of the largest law firms in the world, has already opted for FOUR as its new location.

Groß & Partner presents design ideas for the new FOUR logo submitted by the public. The four best entries were each awarded a prize of 1,250 euros.

UNStudio beats 10 competitors in the final architectural competition for the redevelopment of the former Deutsche Bank site. The public exhibition of the results will begin in March.

From the 1st to the 16th of July, 2,000 people visited the exhibition at Junghofstraße 11 on the development of the former Deutsche Bank site, which was organised by the project developer Groß & Partner.

The question of what to build on the Deutsche Bank site in the financial district has been answered: Four high-rise buildings will be added to the skyline to form a new urban quarter.
